A quick note: Elevated Math (elevatedmath.com) is now free to use. Two days ago, we made http://ElevatedMath.com free to all. All 174 pre-algebra and algebra lessons are available at no cost, plus all the career videos, AND all the teacher notes, tests, and worksheets. A lot of reasons why we did this, but a main reason is the dismal test scores of our students and our belief that our program teaches math better than any other program, making math fun to learn.
