Ann Marie lives in Altadena, so this one hit especially close to home. After the Eaton Fire devastated the community and more than 6,000 homes were lost, there was so much uncertainty about what the future would look like. Seeing this neighborhood begin to rebuild is something truly special.

Our client fell in love with a beautifully rebuilt home created with intention, quality craftsmanship, and so much pride. It wasn’t just another house… it was the perfect fit for his next chapter.

He’s one of the first homeowners back on his street. There are still vacant lots and construction all around, but every family that returns is another step toward rebuilding this incredible community.
