Can rib remodeling be reversed? The honest answer is no.

Rib remodeling permanently alters the shape of the cartilage and bone. Once the rib is set in its new position that is its position. This is why precise surgical planning with a 3D CT scan of the rib cage is not optional, it is essential.

What can be adjusted afterward is the soft tissue. Skin, fat, and grafting can all be modified. But the frame itself is permanent.
This is a decision that deserves the right surgeon and the right plan from the very beginning.
