DONATIONS ARE NEEDED FOR HALIT’S CARE!

We found this sweet boy a few months ago in western Turkiye and named him Halit.

As you see in the picture, he is extremely skinny. He is a pretty big boy, but his weight was 16kg (35 pounds)! When we found him, he was dehydrated and starving to death.
We took him to a hospital right away and he stayed there for two weeks.
After some blood work, Xrays and some tests, we found out that his kidneys are not in good shape, and he has a disease called Leishmania.

Halit has been under our care for three months now. We will post more pictures to show what he looks like now.

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION - LUNA

Luna is a 6-year-old German Shepherd female and she weighs 60-65 pounds.
She is an incredibly sweet dog, very gentle and loving. She is shy at first, but is great at meeting new people and giving kisses. She is a very calm and well-behaved dog, so she would be good for an older couple that might need a calm dog and will also do well with more active, younger people.

Luna is housebroken and knows how to use a doggie door. She lives in a foster home with small- and large-size dogs, and does well with all of them. She hasn't shown any interest in playing with dogs yet, but that might change in the future. Luna enjoys car rides, does well at the groomer’s, and has good leash manners. She goes hiking where there are a lot of unleashed dogs and meets them nicely. Overall, Luna is a very easy dog, which would also make her a great choice for a first-time dog owner.
