From competing in commercial baking competitions in high school, to earning my Baking & Pastry degree from Johnson & Wales, working in Forbes-rated restaurants, Walt Disney World, helping develop pastry programs, earning my MBA, and eventually turning this dream into my full-time career… it’s been a journey I’m incredibly grateful for.
