Whether encouraging patients to stay hydrated, helping them maintain mobility, anticipating their needs, or stepping up during challenging circumstances, Melissa consistently goes above and beyond.

During multiple winter storms this year, Melissa volunteered to stay overnight and work extended shifts to ensure safe staffing for her unit, allowing colleagues to avoid hazardous travel and care for their families at home. Her kindness, reliability, and commitment to both patients and teammates have made a lasting impact on everyone around her.
