Beverly Design Standards Public Meeting

The creation of Design Standards was one of the primary goals that came out of the PlanBeverly Master Plan process. This will be the first public meeting to discuss the draft standards and preliminary mapping proposed by the consultant and steering committee.

Join us next Tuesday, 3/21 to learn about the City's efforts to understand the impacts of coastal flooding in the Bass River District. This virtual public forum will include a presentation about the Bass River District Resilience Study currently underway, helping to shape the future of this district by proposing flood resilience solutions to help protect critical infrastructure and utilities, marine and recreation uses, and coastal resource areas.

The Planning Board expects to vote at their December 15, 2020 meeting. The Plan can be found on the City website or the PlanBeverly site http://plan.beverlyma.gov/.
