As an off-site caterer you get to experience so many different locations, weather conditions, challenges and funny things. Last night we served a beautiful wedding at a Llama farm. The brides parents raise and show llamas. They took photos with all the guests. Our team even got a quick pic with these beautiful guys!

Our truck got stuck in the mud. One of our team members fell in the mud and got sprayed with mud while pushing truck out of the mud. 😂 The catering life! 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

We served a great fall menu of Minnesota Harvest Chicken and Sliced Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Apple Sausage Stuffing. A perfect dinner for a wet and blustery night. The guests eat well and had fun. The wedding band was so good.

Our team had fun tonight preparing and serving a private Chefs’ Dinner. It was held at a beautiful private hunting retreat on a preserve. The guests paired each wine with their courses. Our team is currently serving so many friendly faces at Monticello MN Rotary Taste of the Towns event tonight. We are serving our incredible Texas Brisket Stout Chili paired with A Fall Spin on Tiramisu with Pumpkin and RumChata. Thank you to all who stopped to chat and sample. Rain or shine we serve.
