Things to ask your Christmas Light Installer

1. Do you have insurance?
-We are climbing on your roof, and want to provide our customers with the peace of mind of any liability

2. How long have you been installing lights for?
-Experience is key when providing a quick efficient install and removal

3. Can you provide me with locate references and pictures of services you’ve completed?
-Always make sure the photo of references is of properties in your area and not stock photos

4.Do you store the lights or do I keep them?
-Other companies provide different options when it comes to this topic. For me, I like when my customers get to keep their own lights on their property for their own peace of mind. If someone is offering to store them, ask if they are covered under their insurance in case anything were to happen.
