We’ve been quiet on here and there’s a reason. We lost the heart and soul of this gym Thursday. THE HEART AND SOUL. 💔

Today we showed up for her to do the only thing we could think of to honor her. A 2 hour long workout. 😳 She would have LOVED it. Every second. Every sweat drop. Every rip. Every tear shed. Every. Thing.

The gym is a place that brings joy and I know for a FACT, Kort would have absolutely wanted it to continue in that way. Keep showing up, even when it’s hard, even when you don’t feel like you can, even when you don’t want to. She would.

Love you guys - and miss this gym family more than words can explain and I am proud of all of us today for showing up.
