Our dietary manager, Gretchen, has crafted a delightful breakfast offering featuring homemade pineapple fritters served with hash browns, crispy bacon, and a hard-boiled egg. The addition of strawberry sauce for dipping adds a delightful touch. We were eager to sample this new dish, which promises to bring a welcome change to our breakfast routine.

Through a state grant Second Wind Dreams Virtual Dementia Tour training was brought to Big Spring Center for Jordan and Marlene to be able to train new staff, family members, or community members what it’s like to live with Dementia.

Nurses Week provides a perfect chance to demonstrate our appreciation. Thank you!!
