Yikes! By the time we got done sandblasting the area around this drain fl**ge in a large aluminum tanker, there was nothing left! This trailer was considered to be scrap, but we’ve brought it back to life. Some patience, creativity, and quite a bit of ENECON DurAlloy solved the problem.
We’re all wrapped up at Signal Peak Energy on wall repairs and containment area coating. Lots of work went into this little space, but we got it taken care of in three days.
ENECON DuraQuartz LW, DuraFill, and CHEMCLAD GP, and ENESEAL CR were used to repair and protect. The damaged cinder blocks were core drilled in the third row and filled with grout to help regain some structure.
