👨‍🍳 Meet the Chef | Alan Sparboe
We're honored to introduce the chef behind our very first Marbled Experience.
Chef Alan Sparboe is an accomplished culinary professional whose career has been built on creativity, leadership, and a passion for exceptional food. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Alan has spent decades in some of the industry's most respected kitchens, including the Hilton Towers Chicago, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, The Beanery, The Petroleum Club, Jake's, and as Executive Chef at The Granary.
In 2005, Alan was recognized as the Montana Chefs & Cooks Association Chef of the Year, a reflection of his dedication to culinary excellence. Beyond the kitchen, he's remained committed to giving back by preparing meals for local organizations and charitable events throughout Montana.
For the Marbled Experience, Chef Alan has created an exclusive multi-course menu showcasing the very best of Marbled American Wagyu and Angus beef. Every course has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate premium Montana ingredients and create an unforgettable evening.
