The Planning and Community Services Department is pleased to present their 2025 Annual Report. Please take a moment to flip through the report and see all of the projects supporting our community, code enforcement services, and development activity in 2025 that many of you were a part of. It was a very busy year, and we are diving into 2026 with the same expectations of many projects and services PCSD is involved in for Billings and Yellowstone County.
