Sorry about the lack of a progress update, they kept refusing to upload for some reason. But, this is our progress since the last post. On the new construction we have made some very significant headway. For the exterior we installed and trimmed the windows and doors, got the garage doors installed, began siding, and have completed about 75% of the roof. On the interior we have gotten drywall installed and began taping and mudding, the house is fully insulated, and almost all of the electrical is ran. We have had a few setbacks due to weather and other circumstances but we are moving ahead very well and are keeping on schedule as best as we can.

It sure has been an eventful past couple of weeks! We gad quite a bit of rain and it hindered us on our new construction but we shifted focus to the addition/remodel. We hung all the new drywall and have almost all the taping and mudding done there! We also finished up sheeting the roof on the new house and are laying ice & water today! Overall even though the rain pushed us a step back we took two steps forward on progress!

Making great progress on our new construction! Now that rainy season is over we are really making progress. My crew and I have been putting in the hours to make this a great new home for our client. We even have our watchdog out there making sure we stay in line!
