As America celebrates 250 years, we’re invited to give thanks for one of our greatest blessings—the freedom to worship.

On Sunday, July 5, the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has invited all who wish to participate in a worldwide fast and prayer, expressing gratitude for religious liberty and praying that it will continue to be protected and strengthened throughout the world.

As we celebrate our nation’s heritage, may we also remember the blessing of religious liberty and join together in gratitude and prayer.
