Gentle Yoga (4:15 PM – 5:00 PM)
Perfect for beginners or anyone navigating an injury, surgery, or mobility limitations. This welcoming, low-impact class features standing stretches and chair-assisted seated postures to safely build balance, strength, and flexibility. No previous experience is necessary!
Beginner / Advanced Beginner Yoga (5:15 PM – 6:15 PM)
Designed for those in a generally fit, pain-free condition looking to deepen their practice. This dynamic session focuses on flexibility and strength through a variety of standing, seated, kneeling, twisting, and balancing poses. Previous experience with yoga or regular exercise is requested.
Bring your mat and a water bottle to the library tonight, and let's stretch away the mid-week stress together!
