Extraordinary Designs

Tip for today - when having your quilt tops long-armed, check out the long-arm quilters previous work. An Edge to Edge pattern should go completely to all four sides (top, left & right sides, & bottom) with no space. There should be no gap between the rows as well. Most Edge to Edge patterns are designed to be interlocking and cropped so that the rows are hard to find on the completed quilt. If done correctly, the quilter should have cropped the top, sides, & very last row at the bottom of the quilt.
