SteadPoint

Thank you KultureCity for coming to teach our group about Sensory Inclusivity! We learned about the different senses and how some individuals have varied sensory processing. This training will help us become more welcoming and supportive of those who have sensory needs and will prepare our office as a sensory friendly environment.

Jodi Harrison is our Marketing Specialist for the Agency Relations and Communications Department. Jodi has been officially hired on with SteadPoint for about 3 months but worked as an intern over the summer last year. Her favorite thing about her career is the ability to create digital content that is pretty but also has meaning. She wants to be remembered for always helping others if she is able and putting the best of herself into everything she does. Her top bucket list item is to go hiking in the Redwood State Park in California. Jodi's younger self would not believe that she is living outside of her home state of Kentucky long-term. Her best achievement in her life so far is graduating from college. She is also extremely proud that her younger sister is pursuing a college degree. We are glad to have Jodi on our team!

Earlier this week, we had a couple of our Underwriters attend the AIIA Tradeshow and Convention in Gulf Shores, AL. The conventions main focus was on networking and providing opportunities for agents and carriers to connect with one another, share ideas, and learn from industry experts. Attendees were able to attend various speakers that covered a range of topics related to the insurance industry. Overall, it was a great success and provided a valuable platform for SteadPoint to further expand their networks and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Anna Dobbins is our Engagement Specialist in the office. Anna will be with the company 1 year as of tomorrow. Her favorite sport is Jiu Jitsu and she owns and operates a jiu jitsu school in the evenings with her husband. Anna has two corgis, Athena and Apollo. Her favorite author is Sarah J. Maas. Anna says her favorite thing about her career at SteadPoint is being able to engage with her coworkers and promote happiness around the office. Thank you, Anna for spreading happiness around the office!

BreAnne Ford is another one of our Account Managers and has been with SteadPoint for around four months. BreAnne's favorite thing about her career is that she is finally in a line of work she enjoys and in a work environment where she wakes up excited about going to work. She says that each day produces new challenges, and she is happy to work with a great team and supportive, encouraging leaders. BreAnne has one pet, a black lab named Niko. She LOVES watching Auburn football! Her grandmother used to tell her that her blood wasn't red but orange and blue. BreAnne wants to travel as her top bucket list item and go to each state in the U.S. and Ireland. She wants to be remembered for her perseverance and her faith in God.
