Net Income: $500K-$2MM

Industries: Open to all industries, however, I have a preference for Home & Business Service Businesses (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Septic, Property Management, Pest Control, Self Storage, etc.)

Location: Birmingham, AL or surrounding areas

Reason for Sale: First Generation Owner/Operator. I prefer businesses where the owner is retiring or seeking to exit the industry while leaving their legacy intact

Transferability: Business should have well-documented processes, trained employees, and minimal reliance on the current owner's day-to-day involvement. Smooth transition of ownership is essential
