Had the best time at our first ever Soft Touch Pop-Up in Birmingham, AL 💖 TYSM to Erica @openchannelswellnessstudios for hosting me & my sweet clients for coming! It was so fun to meet & treat y’all 🥰 I’m in town to see my family for Christmas so I thought it’d be fun to do a pop-up here, and Open Channels Wellness Studios was the perfect spot! Erica opened the space a couple years ago & they offer a little bit of everything - reiki, massage, yoga, counseling & even art classes ✨ If you’re local & feeling like you need a re-set for the new year, this is the perfect place! Erica is a reiki master & has developed a unique modality called Chakranique™️ to balance & ground your mind, body & spirit.
