2 Months Post Operative Revision Facelift, Neck Lift, and Fat Grafting

The term “revision” can often be misunderstood. It does not always imply something was done incorrectly, but rather reflects the natural progression of time.

In this case, this patient had previously undergone facial rejuvenation and simply began to notice the gradual return of aging changes.

At just 2 months post operative, improvements are already evident with enhanced contour along the jawline and neck, and soft restoration of volume through fat grafting.

Facial rejuvenation is not a one time event, but an ongoing process tailored to each patient’s goals over time.

This patient is 6 months post-op preservation extended deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow Lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, lip lift, fat grafting, and CO₂ laser resurfacing.

1 Year Post-Op Revision Rhinoplasty
