Jeremy and I had gotten outbid on a few homes since we started looking last year. Looking back, we’re thankful it eventually led us to this one that checked every box. We were able to beat 8 other offers in the first weekend with escalation while still receiving instant equity. The sellers were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and took great care of the home in the 20+ years they lived there. In true Jeremy fashion, he’s already starting some of the renovations the day he got the keys. I can’t wait to see the final product.
