For almost 20 years, we’ve been sharing Arnaud Margaine’s story at our restaurants. Now, fifth‑generation winemaker Mathilde Margaine and her father work together to carry on the family legacy. They craft Champagne rooted in place, history, and a unique clone of Chardonnay found only in Villers‑Marmery.
