Fitness Enthusiasts | Control Your Mind, Conquer Your Body 🧠

03/11/2026

Most people quit because they think fitness is all-or-nothing. If they can’t hit their Ceiling, they settle for the basement.

But results aren’t built on your best days—they’re built on your “Floor” days.

⬆️ The Ceiling: Your 10/10 workout. High energy, heavy weights, and plenty of time. This is the goal when life is smooth.

⬇️ The Floor: Your non-negotiable minimum. A 15-minute walk or 2 sets of RDLs just to stay in the groove. This is what you do when life gets chaotic.

The Rule: You can fluctuate between your floor and your ceiling, but you never drop below the floor. 🧱

Momentum is a muscle. Don’t let it atrophy just because you’re busy. 🦾

Life demands that you move in different planes of motion. So, don’t forget to add lateral and rotational work to your routine. I want to build strength but my goal is to also have my training transfer over to real life.

Focus on building systems rather than relying on discipline this year. Create an environment and schedule that sets you up for success. Aim to automate your habits and minimize decisions. Set yourself up for success and make it hard to stray from your goals. Happy New Year! 🎆

520 miles later and 2025 is a wrap! This is most miles I’ve clocked in a single year and I have a new respect for the art and science of running.

I use running as a tool to keep me grounded. I got up to run on some of my toughest days—fighting against my mind the entire time. It’s also my avenue for seeking discomfort. 2025 expanded my capacity. Now to raise the bar in 2026! Here’s to the miles to come! 🥂
