2️⃣Single Arm Floor Press 3x6-10
3️⃣Pike Pushups (shoulder focused) 3x8-12 β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Switch it up a little and add these the next time you hit chest. Muscle imbalances on your barbell bench!? Focus on each pec with the first two exercises at least once a week. Have fun!
