▶ What challenges do they need to overcome?
▶ What changes do your potential direct reports want to see happen?
▶ What will senior leadership do to help you succeed?
▶ What resources are available to support you?
▶ How much authority do you really have as a leader?

Know what you’re walking into.

You can’t ask surface-level questions about benefits, PTO, and why the recruiter likes the company. 🙄
