This is close (not his house-it's public record so I'm not exposing him) to where Tuberville says he has "lived" for the last 7 years.

How stupid does Tuberville and the ALGOP think we, the people of Alabama, are?

Thoughts on my first campaign ad?

The oppression and guard tower represent Article 1 Section 35 of Alabama's Constitution that states when the government assumes other functions besides "protecting our life, liberty, and property" it is oppression.

But MUCH MUCH more important is my opponent, TT, has actively worked on and is actively working on unleashing military and intelligence agency AI surveillance software, developed to be used against our enemies, to be turned on us and used against us, "we, the people".

What I don't understand is why the leadership of the Republican Party and establishment are backing a man like this?!?

My official response to the ALGOP's ruling not to look into where Tuberville lives.

I am disappointed in the Alabama Republican Party’s ruling, but let’s be absolutely clear about what the ALGOP did—and did not—decide.

The ALGOP did not find that Senator Tuberville is domiciled in Alabama. It did not verify, investigate, or vet his residency. The Party merely stated that it was unwilling to examine the issue at all.

That decision places the Alabama Republican Party in a deeply troubling position. The practical effect of this ruling is that if a candidate is wealthy enough to purchase a small property and declare it a “domicile of convenience,” the residency requirements of the Alabama Constitution can simply be ignored.

In other words, the ALGOP has now set a precedent that you do not actually have to live in Alabama—or be domiciled here—to run for Governor. You only have to be rich.

This is disastrous for Alabama. It opens the door to a hostile takeover of our executive branch by out-of-state elites who can buy a house, pour tens of millions of dollars into a campaign, and claim eligibility while living elsewhere.

If this stands, Alabama’s Constitution becomes optional for the wealthy and meaningless for everyone else.

Senator Tuberville’s candidacy has already shifted power away from everyday Alabamians and toward the rich and politically connected. That may be his first act as a gubernatorial candidate—but it should concern every Republican who believes in the rule of law.

I am pursuing a legal challenge so the courts can compel the production of objective evidence—travel records, CC statements showing location of spending habits, financial records, tax filings, utilities, and other documentation—to determine whether Senator Tuberville has in fact been domiciled in Alabama for the required seven consecutive years.

In the court of public opinion, this issue is not going his way. Alabamians do not believe him. At this point, transparency is the only remedy. Senator Tuberville should either release the relevant records or step aside.

Republicans are supposed to be the good guys. We believe in accountability, equal application of the law, and respect for the Constitution. We are better than this.

Finally, while Senator Tuberville is handing our opponents ammunition, let me be clear: Doug Jones is no answer. After his Senate term, he lived and worked in Washington, D.C., and he does not meet the seven-year residency requirement either. Hypocrisy does not cure hypocrisy.

Alabama deserves leadership that actually lives here—and plays by the same rules as everyone else.

Why is the establishment covering for my opponent?
Why are they trying so hard to get an out of state candidate as our next governor?

Why are they supporting someone who is helping the federal government use military grade and intelligence agency grade surveillance software programs, developed for use against our enemies, turned on the American people?

1819 News (screams establishment) has not mentioned my name, except 1 hit piece where they let someone who gave my opponent $100,000 say "can't wait to see Tuberville throat stomp him", ever. 1819 News (screams establishment) didn't even report on my challenging my opponent's residence. It was the biggest story in Alabama and 1819 (screams establishment) ignored it.

I'm for food independence as you can't be free unless you can feed yourself, redoing our schools top to bottom as the schools are intentionally not teaching our kids and the ignorant cannot be free (they know this), and rethinking medicine (same people that own the food supply that make us sick own the companies that treat us for being sick.

I also believe in Article 1 Section 35 of our constitution that states:
Article 1, Section 35 of the Alabama Constitution states that the sole object and only legitimate end of government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property. When the government assumes other functions, it is considered usurpation and oppression.

The people have to stand up to the establishment and get them to do what is right.

It has been a forgone conclusion, since day 1, that my opponent would be anointed as our next governor. Why?

Everyone needs to call everyone they know in politics and encourage them to look into my opponent's residency and why the establishment wants to hide this and why they want him elected so badly.

This election is going to boil down to freedom vs oppression.

I need a few citizen forensic investigators to go through Tubberville's PAC and Senate reimbursement records to show he does not travel to and from Auburn but to and from Florida, where he lives.

The ones who decide if he stays on the ballot will not go through these records so it's up to us, the people/detectives of Alabama.

"The reason so many travel expenses are run through his PAC is because it's only legal to be reimbursed from your Senate account for travel to your home state. There are many charges on his Senate account for flights to DC from Florida airports -- because it's legal to charge for travel back to DC from anywhere. But leaving from DC, his Senate account shows several flights to Atlanta but no accompanying expenses, such as gas or car service or additional flights, from Atlanta to Auburn. But there are some charges on his PAC that appear to show flights from Atlanta to Gulf Coast airports and then shuttle service charges from the airport to his home in Santa Rosa. Some time later after each of those charges, there are charges on his Senate account for flights from Gulf Coast airports back to DC. And through it all there are very, very charges for travel to Auburn. In fact, most of those charges are related to expenses for his golf tournament or travel to football games."

BOTH the establishment candidates on the right and left, who are running for governor and getting all the $$$, have BOTH stated that we live in a democracy and we need to protect our democracy.

Kind of odd as we live in a Constitution Republic hated democracies as they always end up in tyranny.

Constitutional Republics protect individual rights against the masses.

Who are they really working for because it sure as hell isn't the people?
