3,200 sf of a 120 year old slab that was pitted, mounded, cracked, dirty and loaded with pieces of steal just above grade of this slab. We cut steal, ground slab, patched pitted areas and filled cracks.
2 coats TF, 2 coats 50/50 thin and micro
Very light darker tone grey stain to give slight variation.
Showroom for a tile and stone company, so they wanted the floor pretty plain. They will be placing their tile over a good portion of it, but anyways.
Never attempted a slab in this bad of shape, so pleased with a decent outcome.

A cool distressed concrete texture and stain

Custom blend flakes with a really nice thick coat of epoxy sealer on top. Super durable and a very clean look for this garage, which did have three coats of paint on it that was failing. We ground it all down to original concrete, applied a v***r barrier then our epoxy flake system.
