Dan, our talented kitchen coordinator, and his team of dedicated volunteers create healthy, well-rounded and appetizing meals for our participants! We are so grateful for continuing partnerships with the Local Co-op and Community Food Bank 💚

Here are last weeks meals:
TUESDAY: chicken salad on a bun with cold mac n' cheese, and cold bean salad aka 'Texas Caviar'

WEDNESDAY: build a burrito plate with pork carnitas, black beans and spanish rice with corn, and green salad with shredded carrots

FRIDAY: fish taco plate with creamy cilantro lime sauce, southwest slaw, and mac n' cheese
