The Bisbee Foundation Announces Merit Award Scholarships

On April 20, Bisbee Foundation board president, Brenda Morales, awarded Merit Award Scholarships to Fabian Hernandez and Nicole Ceja, both seniors at Bisbee High School. These merit scholarships are given to students who excel in leadership, community service, academics, and athletics.

Dear Bisbee Community,
The Bisbee Foundation is pleased to grant scholarships to these Bisbee High School graduates and continuing education students. This year, 26 students applied for a total of $72,000 in scholarship funds. We would also like to express our gratitude to our generous donors, without whom this would not be possible. The Bisbee Foundation Scholarship/Grant cycle officially opens January 1, 2026 through March 1, for Bisbee High School seniors and continuing education students. Grant cycle dates are: January 1-April 1, 2026!

Attention all Bisbee High School Seniors and Continuing Education Students:
Our Scholarship cycle is officially open and you can apply and submit your application at www.bisbeefoundation.com/scholarships
You can either apply and submit directly online or you can download and print the pdf and mail your application. Please follow through with all the criteria needed to submit your application.
All applications must be received no later than March 1, where board members will review and approve applications during their regular March board meeting and applicants will receive notice thereafter.

Attention Bisbee Community Members and Organizations who are seeking a grant, please apply online at www.bisbeefoundation.com/grants.
You may apply and submit application online or download the printable pdf and mail the application directly to the Bisbee Foundation P.O. Drawer BK Bisbee, AZ. 85603. Applications must be received no later than April 1, any applications received after will not be considered. Please follow through with all criteria needed to submit your application. Bisbee Foundation board members will review and approve applications during their April board meeting and will notify recipients thereafter.

The simplest charitable gift can be made by check or credit card, which is combined with others' donations to make an impact. Alternatively, you can establish a fund with a larger donation, creating a lasting legacy through a planned gift. The deadline for the Love of Learning (LOL) Grants for teachers in the Bisbee/Naco area is approaching. Applications must be submitted by Saturday, November 1. Don't miss the opportunity to receive a $250.00 grant to support your classroom projects and activities. For your convenience, checks are issued directly to individual teachers.
