A quick note for the "Extreme Saver" coupon book users out there:
The 2014 coupon book expires at the end of July. PLEASE do not wait until the last minute to use all of your massage coupons.

There are no guarantees that you will be able to get the appointment days and times that you need, if waiting too long to use your massage coupons.

ALSO, if you have a 2014 coupon book but haven't seen me in awhile, please note that I am no longer located in the Northbrook Mall, as the coupons in the book indicate.

There are FOUR months left to use your coupons. I want all of you to be able to use them before July 31. I will not be accepting coupons after this date!

BIG NEWS: Starting November 1st, I will be located in downtown Bismarck in the PROFESSIONAL BUILDING at 5th Street and Rosser!

To celebrate, all 30-minute massages until October 31st will be $10! Book them now, the schedule is filling up quick! I won't be combining 30-minute massages but if you'd like to add more time, simply pay the difference and you're good to go.

You can use the notes section when scheduling online to let me know that you're booking a longer massage but taking advantage of the first 30 minutes being $10. Or just hop in for a quick half hour massage. A short one is better than nothing at all, right?

There isn't a limit either, come in weekly if you want to!

Picture on the left is from 2008 - taking high blood pressure medication (Benicar), diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2003, borderline insulin-resistant, and my doctor was "slightly recommending" lap-band surgery and the pre-diabetic drug, Metformin.

Fast forward and the high blood pressure meds are gone. No more snoring and keeping my wife awake. Blood sugar is stable WITHOUT MEDICATION and I've turned over my closet 3 times because my clothes were too big. I kicked the doctor to the curb and found a new one who wasn't quick with the prescription pad!

Down 44 pounds and looking at dropping another 40, maybe more!
