One Tree Healing

This is me. I go into the woods, sit with my tree, and get the guidance I need to feel grounded and prepared for my next chapter.
Spirit wishers gently, we only need to slow down to hear it.

Today, we say goodbye to the dog who started it all. ❤️

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved founding therapy dog, Willow.
Willow was more than a therapy dog. She was the heart behind You're Not Alone. Her gentle spirit, unwavering compassion, and comforting presence inspired a mission that has grown to touch the lives of thousands of students, educators, and families across Minnesota.

Because of Willow, conversations about mental health were started. Smiles were shared. Tears were comforted. Hope was found.

While our hearts ache, we find comfort knowing that her legacy lives on through every therapy dog team who continues this mission. Every visit, every hug, and every life changed is a reflection of the path Willow helped create.

Thank you, Willow, for showing us what unconditional love truly looks like. Your impact can never be measured, and you will forever be the heart of You're Not Alone.
