Thank you for a great summer season. We are now taking reservations for the 2021 season!!!
Going forward the MacGregor House is the only property available for rent on a regular basis through 13milesout.com as the Beach House is now a full time family residence. A special thank you to all the guests who have stayed at the Beach House over the years! We appreciate your business and hope to see you at the MacGregor House in the years to come!
The MacGregor House sleeps 9 guests, has one and a half baths, a new washer dryer, new bedding and a hot tub coming in July 2021. If you are looking to rent the MacGregor House in 2021 we strongly suggest that you reserve your spot as soon as possible because we expect dates in the high season to be sold out in the next two weeks. We recommend that you book through our website for the best prices and we also offer available bookings through VRBO.

A dear family had to cancel at the last minute so we have availability in both houses from tomorrow August 23 through August 30th. Book for a couple of days or for a week! We also have some special rates for bookings in September which is one of the best months to visit the Island!!!
