Duncaster was proud to honor two of our staff, Jessica Palmer and Breeana Sisson-Williams, for graduating from the 2025 LeadingAge Connecticut Leadership Academy during the LeadingAge Annual Meeting.

This year-long program fosters leadership development by providing a transformational experience, aimed at cultivating inspiring leaders who will advance the mission of enhancing the possibilities for aging.

Congratulations to the 2025 LeadingAge Connecticut Leadership Academy graduates. We are proud to recognize this outstanding group of Connecticut fellows who completed the program alongside peers from LeadingAge RI and LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware. All fellows will be recognized at the LeadingAge Connecticut Annual Meeting on October 14, where we will celebrate their accomplishments and the future of leadership in aging services.
