What started as a blank canvas became a beautiful reflection of our community. 🎨

As part of National Skilled Nursing Care Week, residents and staff at Touchpoints at Bloomfield participated in iCare Health Network’s collaborative art initiative inspired by this year’s theme, “Moments in Bloom.”

Using their own creativity, memories, and ideas, our team transformed a three-foot by three-foot canvas into a personal expression of who we are at Touchpoints at Bloomfield. Each detail reflects the thought, care, and heart that went into bringing this piece to life.

We are so proud to have contributed to this meaningful exhibit celebrating creativity, connection, and community across iCare Health Network.

iCare Health Network was proud to take part in the 29th Annual West Hartford Senior Day and Health Fair at the Elmwood Senior Center. 🌿

Representing iCare, Regional Clinical Director Francis Lijadu and Complex Care Nurse Mirja Tupas spent the morning connecting with seniors, caregivers, family members, and community partners to share information about the post-acute and long-term care services available across the iCare Health Network.

Events like Senior Day are a meaningful opportunity to meet people where they are, answer questions, and help older adults and families better understand the care and support options available throughout the region.
