The Complex will be closed on the 3rd and 4th of July while we take a break to honor the red, white, and blue. We'll be back open and ready to get to work on Wednesday, July 5th. Have a safe and happy holiday 🇺🇸

Summer is here and we are ready to get to work! Our business model focuses on personal training to accelerate athlete progress and fine tune current skills. To schedule private lessons- email or message us. In addition to private lessons- feel free to come to our drop in classes. Each class is $10. There is no commitment, signup, or monthly fee.
