The latest numbers are in, and our market continues to show steady movement:
✅ New Listings: Up 5.9% year-to-date – more homes are hitting the market.
✅ Pending Sales: Up 1.6% – buyers are still active despite higher inventory.
✅ Closed Sales: Up 1.9% – transactions are holding steady.
✅ Median Sales Price: Up 3.3% to $356,400 – home values continue to grow.
✅ Days on Market: Increased slightly to 43 days – giving buyers a little more breathing room.
✅ Percent of List Price Received: Holding strong at 98.4% – sellers are still close to asking price.
