Trinity Reformed Fellowship
A ministry of Trinity Reformed Church to reach Indiana University with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The new semester has started!
Tonight we are at the Winter Involvement Fair, where hundreds of students will be looking for student organizations to join. We have New Testaments to hand out and small flyers to get students connected to the campus ministry and to Trinity Reformed Church.
Additionally, we are resuming our study in 1 Corinthians at the Indiana Memorial Union this evening. Last semester we got through the first nine chapters. The apostle Paul is resolute in his love and shepherding of the Corinthian Christians. Our students were challenged to examine their callings, flee from the wisdom of the world, and pursue the glory that alone is found in Jesus Christ. This semester we will read what the Holy Spirit has written in the rest of the letter about church life, worship, sexuality, marriage, love, money, and a whole hosts of other subjects, topics perfectly suited for college students to meditate on and be exhorted by.
This Saturday we will also resume our evangelism outreach on Kirkwood Avenue!
Continue to pray for us as we minister to students, workers, and faculty at Indiana University.

The semester has flown by!
Every week we have been meeting at the Indiana Memorial Union for our 1 Corinthians Bible study. It has been very fruitful. We are currently on chapter 8. I’ve gotten a little behind because of how rich it is. But we press on. The students have been rightfully challenged by Paul’s exhortations. It has been a privilege to minister to them in private as they wrestle with their sins and their high calling before God as Christians.
In addition to our Bible studies, we have had multiple opportunities to do evangelism near the campus on Saturdays, usually after IU’s football games. The harvest is plentiful. And the Lord has given us a solid group of laborers, both young men and young women, who want to talk to people about Christ. Pastor Baker and pastor Max have joined us as well, which has encouraged and strengthened us! We have had opportunities to speak to all sorts of people: students of all stripes, their parents, liberals, conservatives, MAGA adherents, the rich, the poor, the homeless, Muslims, Hindus, Roman Catholics, Eastern Orthodoxers, and maybe even a squishy evangelical or two. God is faithful. We have seen tears on the faces of strangers, have prayed for people struggling under the weight of their sins, and have spoken the sweet name of Jesus to many who needed to hear His Gospel. God is so kind to allow us to share in His work!
Continue to pray for us and our ministry at Indiana University. God not only answers prayer, but He delights in doing so for the sake of His glorious name and for the benefit of His Church.
I've included a few pictures of our evangelism outreaches for your encouragement. Remember, if we are ashamed to confess Jesus before men, He will not confess us before His Father in heaven. Do not be afraid. He has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of faith and of a sound mind. He is actually risen from the dead! This upcoming week try to talk to someone you know about the Lord. God honors our meager efforts. Even if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, He can move mountains through you.
In the love of Christ,
