🚗✨ recently took us to Brookings, South Dakota, where Project Manager Mark Miller was onsite for a punchlist at South Dakota State University’s newly renovated Larson Commons dining facility!

Designed to elevate the student dining experience, this project features a completely transformed kitchen, dishroom, dining room, and serving areas, all brought together through a thoughtfully designed space filled with natural light, soaring ceilings, curved serving counters, and finishes that complement SDSU’s school colors.

Students can enjoy a variety of interactive dining experiences, including multiple action cooking stations, a Marra Forni pizza oven, and a standout “U-Cook” station where they can select ingredients, cook on induction burners, and create meals tailored to their tastes. The facility also incorporates a reusable clamshell return program, supporting convenience and sustainability for students on the go.
