🇫🇷🇨🇦Un gros besoin de décompresser et de se changer les idées...quelques spritz (sans gluten bien évidemment) en cette période proche de Noël. Cela fait tellement de bien de pâtisser après une grosse semaine de travail!
Spritz chocolat noir, chocolat au lait ou nature... ils sont tous si bons avec leur petit goût beurré...😋

I really needed to take a brake and change my mind...
A few "Spitz" (gluten free of course) during that pre-Christmas period. It feels so good to bake after a huge week of work!
Dark chocolate, milk chocolate or plain... they all are so good with their buttery taste...😋

Such a long time since I haven't baked macarons... almost a year!!! It felt good to do it!

Unfortunately, I haven't baked a lot since we left Bloomington and I was missing it so much! That's why I prepared those "spritz" for my colleagues today for Saint Nicolas! This holiday means a lot to me because it reminds me where I am from...

My Last farmer's market is this Saturday, April 27th. If you want to make sure you will have the pastries you want (macarons, cakes, meringues, chouquettes...), don't hesitate to order them now. I will prepare them for you and you can pick them up on Saturday morning.
Also, you can freeze macarons so if you want toady a lot and freeze them, you can!
