Residents recently enjoyed an afternoon of bluegrass music, toe-tapping tunes and plenty of smiles as The Illinois Rail Band returned to perform for our community. A longtime favorite at Luther Oaks, the band always brings energy, talent and a wonderful sense of connection that fills the room.
