I’m texting with my client last night and they tell me that they heard there was a new listing coming on the market and they would be interested in buying it sight unseen, did I know anything about it?
For those of you that know me, know this investigative work is right up my alley😜. I log on to MRED to see who sold it last and reach out to them to see if they know anything. Then I post on our Realtor FB pages to see if anyone knows anything about it (no response). So I log on to the county website to see who lives there, then I find them on FB and private message them to tell them that my buyer wants to buy their home sight unseen. Ok, some of you may think that is a little stalkerish, but that is what being a Realtor for 20 plus years and this competitive market does to me. Call it what you want but I like to refer to it as excellent customer service❤️. By the way, she messaged me back and we will be in contact soon😀.
