Just like every chronic disease process and wellness and preventive medicine itself, it is multifactorial.
There are many ways of having good nutrition. And there are many ways of stimulating the brain and body. just find things that you are drawn to and are sustainable each day.
I recommend making one small change at a time. That way we can make it part of our routine, and at a point we don't have to think about it anymore, the tasks in some ways almost complete themselves.
