Give the people what they want! This will be the last time these make an appearance for a long time. This dish was my first culinary awakening from when I worked at Bec’s Far East Texas Grill from way back in the day. It’s never been mine, but I’m glad I could continue the legacy. Thank you Bec for creating this perfection.

It’s been a long time! I would like to invite everyone to like my new project Lexington Social. We’re a casual, energetic, neighborhood restaurant located in a beautifully restored 140 year old train depot in Lexington IL. Featuring delicious from scratch cooking, a carefully curated beverage program, and friendly knowledgeable service. If you enjoyed my cooking on the bus I would to see you out here in Lexington. We’re doing a series of pop-ups in June as we prepare for our full opening in July.
I will be closing this page in a few weeks as I start this new exciting chapter in my life. Thank you to everyone who supported the bus and looking forward to taking care of you at Lexington Social.
