Even though it was pandemic-delayed, the Project Celebration for the new 35W Bridge over the Minnesota River was important to do. The project was a great collaboration between Bloomington MN City Government, City of Burnsville, Minnesota - Municipal Government, Dakota and Hennepin Counties, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and resulted in a beautiful bridge. The project also included a new bridge at 106th street in Bloomington (which is a HUGE safety improvement in the area) and improved bike and pedestrian access across and into the Minnesota River Valley. Both big bonuses for Bloomington!

Congrats to everyone at Continental Ballet Company for a successful and fun Beer and Ballet event last night at Bloomington Center for the Arts! It was great to see the dancers back on stage for the first time since December of 2019. Thanks also to 9milebrewing for supplying the very tasty Beer portion of the evening. Looking forward to the Grand Opening Tom!
