Sunday Scaries Episode 9 - Fidgets

I, (Josie), like many people, struggle with a shamefully short attention span, and having a small, simple, and discrete activity to occupy my hands can often make being present so much easier. This is especially helpful in environments like worship services, that may involve long stretches of sitting quietly and paying attention. The idea is not to give yourself something to distract yourself from your surroundings, instead it helps stabilize and regulate the mind so it's not jumping away at any moment.
