In the whirlwind of insanity that we are currently in, it can be difficult to connect with ourselves and our own unique voices. There are so many pulls in different directions – to speak up, to hide beneath the parapet, to withdraw from all of it, to rage from the rooftops – all of them totally natural.

There are also many ways in which we’ve been conditioned around our speech, depending on who we are and where we’re from. Layers of inhibition can come between us and our words, preventing what is inside us from being expressed. We may also have trauma around our speaking up, especially for ourselves and what is true for us.

In this three-part gathering, we will explore what we haven’t been saying, and the reasons why we’ve not been saying it. We’ll experiment – in a purposefully co-created space– with how it feels to finally voice what has not been voiced before, and listen to what wants to emerge.

In the eugenics culture most of us are raised in… in the disembodied and dissociative families most of us were raised in (because our culture is largely disembodied and dissociative)… in the fast paced, success oriented, capitalistic culture we’re seeped in… most of us are filled with sabotaging fearful thoughts that don’t have wisdom in current day, but instead come from early programming that is reinforced by culture daily.

In the lineage to which I belong, we connect with the parts of ourselves, those very young parts, who didn’t know love, and we take on the perspective that our adult lives are journeys of love becoming. Said another way; there are the parts of us who do know love, and then there are the inner selves who do not yet know love… and we are journeying so that love can come in and be known to those parts.
