✨ Alexander Technique Workshop ✨

Join us for a special workshop with Stasia Siena, Artist Faculty member at Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of Performing Arts, where she teaches the Alexander Technique to musicians and actors.

Trained as a classical singer, Stasia brings over 25 years of experience teaching the Alexander Technique at universities, conservatories, and master classes across the U.S. and abroad. She is also Co-Director of the Urbana Center for the Alexander Technique’s teacher training program and coordinator of The Alphorn Project for AlpenSong.

🌟 This workshop is open to all—don’t miss the opportunity to explore movement, alignment, and performance with one of the leading Alexander Technique educators!
