B-Tech Fire & Security is currently seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant. It is preferred that candidates have strong customer service, communication and computer skills.
Primary functions include but are not limited to:

• Answer phones/multi-line phone system and provide customers with support and routing phone calls to personnel
• Process monthly client statements and invoice follow up
• Provide general billing and accounting support
• Scheduling of service and recurring inspections
• Communicate in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service
• Data Entry including set up of prospects/new clients
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience required
• Favorable background check
